Training From the Inside Out! 

This workshop develops and refreshes skills of new and experienced trainers/facilitators by offering them practical training tips and strategies. This workshop builds upon existing strengths and is a great way to reenergize and learn from others. As an experienced trainer Tanya will guide discussion and facilitate activities. A workshop that gives trainers, educators and facilitators an opportunity to refresh and update their methods and approaches based on specific learning! Participants are encouraged to refresh implementation of evidence based curricula activities while using new facilitation strategies!

Keeping the Faith Sex Positive: (for Families or Professionals)

This workshop will explore a few aspects of the Christian faith that for many provided nurturing, guidance, optimism and comfort that may actually be viewed as sex negative for others. The workshop will seek to provide examples of positive sex messages and reframing that may be a place of compromise for some parents, families, educators, counselors and program staff. The aim of the session is to discover strategies and messages that are both faith and sex positive.

Sensuality and Intimacy (adult and youth versions available):

This workshop includes a discussion on the five senses as part of sexuality and defines sexuality holistically. The discussion includes the differences between sexual intercourse (or the exchange of body fluids) and other ways to have sexual pleasure or intimacy. Participants will gain practice in discussing sex and intimacy with others and recognize that abstinence does not mean abstaining from sexual pleasure or intimacy.

Talk About It:

Is a workshop that provides open discussion on ways to have a healthy relationship. It includes a discussion on difference between love and lust.
